Inside
the Lachlan Valley Railway's shed in Cowra, NSW is class
leader 901 of the 900 class DEB sets. The 900 class were basically
an air-conditioned long haul version of the 620 class railcars,
all built at the New South Wales Railways Chullora workshops.

their operational Rail Motors on weekends out of Cowra. More

The Port
Kembla based Rail Motor 37 arriving at Moss Vale after a climb
up from Wollongong, Sunday November 17, 1985. The same unit completed
its last run to Moss Vale for State Rail a month later on December
15. All Rail Motors from that point on were now consigned to
history.

4-wheel S-truck. It has been alleged that many of these found
their way to the bottom of Darling Harbour in Sydney by accident
when Darling Harbour was a huge portside rail freight facility
